The tiers below cover the four situations we hear most often from facility operators and independent providers. Final contract pricing depends on device count, pilot structure, and implementation services — and is confirmed under NDA on the first call.
Subscription tiers
- Small Facility — $300/month. Up to 50 beds. One VynScan endpoint, standard support, monthly compliance reports.
- Professional — $650/month. 50–150 beds. Multiple endpoints, priority support, CMS-ready audit packet on demand.
- Enterprise — $1,200/month. 150+ beds. Multi-site deployment, dedicated success manager, custom integrations, SLA.
- Personal Device — $12/month. Single VynScan endpoint for independent practitioners, sober-living operators, and concierge providers.

Pilot programs
We run structured pilot programs for qualifying skilled nursing operators. Pilots are typically 60–90 days, include an on-site kickoff, and come with a written success metric and an ROI review at the end.
